JUSTIN MOHR
CO-FOUNDER AND PRINCIPAL

Justin Mohr is a Co-Founder and Principal of Knickerbocker Asset Management. Justin is responsible for overseeing acquisitions, financing, construction management and investor relations.

Mr. Mohr has been working in the commercial real estate industry for over 10 years. Prior to co-founding Knickerbocker Asset Management, Mr. Mohr worked in the New York City office of HFF L.P., a leading provider of capital markets transaction services to the commercial real estate industry. Over the course of his four-year tenure with HFF, Mr. Mohr closed over $3.5 billion in debt and equity transactions, with a focus on multifamily, office and construction financing throughout the New York Metro area.

Prior to his experience at HFF, Mr. Mohr was an Appraiser at Metropolitan Valuation Services, Inc (MVS). While at MVS, he specialized in the valuation of multifamily, office, and commercial properties, with a focus on rent regulated apartment properties in New York City. Overall, Mr. Mohr has provided valuation services for over 200 apartment buildings containing over 10,000 units, and has successfully completed all of the NYS required appraisal courses.

Mr. Mohr graduated from Indiana University where he earned his Bachelor of Science in Business Management from the School of Public and Environmental Affairs and Bachelor Degree in Entrepreneurship from the Kelley School of Business.

RICHARD TALLER, MAI
CO-FOUNDER AND PRINCIPAL

Richard Taller, MAI is a Co-Founder and Principal of Knickerbocker Asset Management. Richard is responsible for overseeing underwriting, due diligence, asset management and investor financial reporting.

Prior to his experience at Knickerbocker Asset Management, LLC, Mr. Taller was a commercial appraiser, where he specialized in the valuation of all types of commercial real estate, with a focus on multifamily properties. Mr. Taller has provided valuation services for over $25 billion of real estate, inclusive of over 200 proposed and newly constructed luxury residential buildings containing over 30,000 units.

Mr. Taller holds an MAI certification with the Appraisal Institute and is a licensed Certified General Appraiser in New York and New Jersey. Mr. Taller earned his Bachelor of Science in Accounting and Finance from the Alfred Lerner School of Business at the University of Delaware and his Master of Science in Real Estate from the Schack Institute of Real Estate at New York University. Mr. Taller is an active Member of the Appraisal Institute and is the acting President of the Northeast New Jersey chapter of the Appraisal Institute.

CARLO ZARRO
DIRECTOR OF ACQUISITIONS

Carlo Zarro is the Director of Acquisitions for Knickerbocker Asset Management, where he is directly responsible for leading the company's efforts in sourcing, closing, and execution of new investments. Mr. Zarro was previously a Senior Financial Analyst, where he assisted in all aspects of analysis and financial modeling relating to the acquisition, capital markets, and asset management functions of the company.

Prior to joining Knickerbocker Asset Management, Mr. Zarro was a commercial appraiser, where he gained experience in the valuation of all types of commercial real estate, including but not limited to multifamily, retail, office, industrial, mixed-use, and development sites. During his time as an appraiser, he focused primarily on multifamily properties and development sites in the New York City Metropolitan Area and has successfully completed all the NJ required appraisal courses.

Mr. Zarro graduated from the Pennsylvania State University where he earned his B.S. in Real Estate and Finance from the Smeal College of Business.

DYLAN NICHOLS
SENIOR FINANCIAL ANALYST
Dylan Nichols a Senior Financial Analyst for Knickerbocker Asset Management where he is directly responsible for assisting in all aspects of analysis and financial modeling for new acquisitions and portfolio asset management.
 
Prior to joining Knickerbocker Asset Management, Mr. Nichols was an Analyst at Greystar, where he gained deep knowledge and experience in institutional multifamily assets. He helped underwrite and report on assets nationally ranging in value from $50M-$150M, working on projects for both Investment and Development pursuits. He has also held previous roles in multifamily brokerage, acquisition, and consulting.
 
Mr. Nichols graduated from the University of La Verne where he earned his Bachelor of Science in Economics and his Master of Science in Real Estate from Portland State University, School of Business.
